Never She Said Announces New EP: The Vandal and The Violet Storm - Out July 2026
England, UK - Never She Said announces the release of their debut EP: The Vandal and The Violet Storm, narrated by featured artist Red Luna, on all major streaming platforms.
A psychological journey told across five tracks, The Vandal and The Violet Storm blends spectral electronica, atmospheric storytelling, and emotionally charged lyricism. The EP follows a narrator confronting rupture, reckoning, and renewal - a descent into internal weather and the slow reconstruction that follows.
Speaking about the project, Never She Said say:
“The Vandal and The Violet Storm explores how emotional rupture and quiet internal change work together - the storm destabilises, and the vandal reshapes what’s already begin to break. It’s effectively about renewal.”
Red Luna’s performance anchors the EP with a cinematic intensity, moving between soft confession and controlled volatility. Across the track-list: Violet Storm, Broken Spell, Vandalised, The Vandal’s Reckoning, and Drifting On, Never She Said and Red Luna craft a world of violet‑lit landscapes, emotional debris, and quiet resilience.
The EP launches Never She Said’s commitment to thoughtful, atmospheric song-writing that resists commercial simplicity. Instead, it leans into ambiguity, metaphor, and emotional nuance. This is very much the signature aesthetic that will define the project as it grows.
The Vandal and The Violet Storm will be available w/c 20 July 2026 on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, and all major streaming services.
A visual companion project, including short‑form video pieces, will follow throughout August.
